Right, nobody "makes" water — it's made for us by nature. We're all familiar with the cycle: rain, snow, snow — melt, rivers, lakes, oceans, evaporation, condensation, clouds, rain, snow . . . The cycle is still unchanged. But what happens to the water during that cycle, at the hands of man, has changed enormously — even catastrophically — during the last 150 years. That's why, for optimum health, you have to "make" water. Before I tell you how to make it, however, here's a quick review of why you should.
"On average, drinking water in the United States currently contains over 2,100 toxic chemicals that are known to cause cancer, cell mutation, and nervous disorders. This is not particularly surprising considering that there are close to 100,000 chemicals now in everyday use — with over 1,000 new ones being added each year. In fact, according to the EPA, US industries generate some 79 million pounds of toxic waste each year that is not disposed of properly."
2nd Hand Water
"What is probably more surprising to most people, though, is the fact that, according to the EPA, 53 million Americans unknowingly drink tap water that is polluted by feces, radiation, or other contaminants. Also according to EPA, some 45 million people drink water contaminated with the parasite cryptosporidium that killed more than 100 people in Milwaukee in 1993. Or that over half of all Americans drink water that has been used at least once before."

To summarize: You have to "make" good water because of chemical residues, heavy metals, parasites, bacteria, human waste, agricultural waste, industrial waste, chlorine, fluoride — all the insults imposed upon water by man. "Man" does it, and we — man by man, woman by woman — have to undo it. And in doing so, as you'll see, we can even improve a bit on nature.
There are four steps to making really good water:
1. Purify your water.
2. Energize your water.
3. Make your water wetter.
4. Mineralize your water.
1. Purifying Your Water
Really, the first step, purification, just makes your water drinkable. There are several methods of doing this: distillation, reverse osmosis, or filtration. Distillation certainly cleans the water — at the expense of virtually all mineral content. There are pro and con arguments about whether demineralized water is a good thing or bad. I won't get into the issue here — the key issue is getting your water cleaned up, no matter which way you do it.
Reverse osmosis does a good job of cleaning your water and it retains most of the mineral content. The downside of r.o. units is that they waste a lot of water in the process. We had an r.o. unit for years, but the waste really started to bug me — not because of the expense, but with millions of people in other parts of the world unable to get enough water for their basic needs, r.o. began feeling irresponsible. Not that my conserving water helps them directly; rather, the waste simply feels unsympathetic.
So we've switched to a filtration system. Now here's where you can get into a lot of confusion — there are dozens of choices, and bewildering claims, and counter-claims. One way to cut through a lot of it is to look at the cost of the unit. If it's cheap, don't expect good performance. You can get plenty of filtration units for $100 or less, but they won't get all the junk out of your water. They'll help, and partially effective filtration is better than none at all. Look to spend $200 or more for a unit that will deliver you really clean water. I know that's a stretch for a lot of people, but it's one of the most important health investments you can make.

Aquaspace Shower Filter
Non-Toxic Showers. Aquaspace has quite a few other products. Another one you should seriously consider is the shower filter. Most people in the U.S. absorb more chlorine from showering than from drinking. (If you don't know why it's vitally important to keep chlorine out of your body, click here to download Jon Barron's free ebook, Lessons from the Miracle Doctors and read the chapter Dying of Thirst. Read the rest of the book too — it's one of the best). You'll get the discount on whatever you order from Aquaspace.
2. Energizing Your Water
Energizing, step number two, raises your water above the drinkable level to the healthy level. We perform this step with an item called the PX Energy Mug.
PX Energy Mug
You can energize any substance that has liquid content in a PX Energy Mug, but the most common use for it is to energize your drinking water. What does it mean to "energize" your water? The best point of reference for energized water is the Bovis Scale. The Bovis Scale, named after the French physicist who developed it, measures the positive or negative charge of a substance. For living organisms, the key reference point on the scale is 6,500 Bovis. From 1 to 6,500 the charge is in the negative range, or life-detracting. As you go above 6,500 Bovis, the energy becomes more and more positive, or life-enhancing. The desired minimal energy level for humans is between 8,000 - 10,000 bovis, or slightly positive. The earth itself creates energy in the 7,000 - 18,000 range.
The average tap water measures 3,000 - 4,000 Bovis. Water indefinitely retains information impressed upon it from the vibrations of substances that have entered it. Thus, even after harmful substances have been removed, their negative vibrational patterns, or "signatures", still remain. Purification systems of whatever kind, while removing gross contaminants, are not capable of raising water's energy level. Bottled waters are typically higher than tap water — up to 5,000 Bovis — but still negative.
Ordinarily, then, the only kind of water you encounter is energetically negative, even if you have the best purification system money can buy. And since water transfers its negative signatures to you, the energetic effect on you is negative. You must have it for hydration and purification, but over time it is one more source of stress.
The technology behind the PS Energy Mug was developed by a group of German scientists. Encased between the layers of the container is extremely highly charged water, measuring 800,000 Bovis, imprinted with positive energy from a specially designed vortex. The water encased in the layers of the mug transfers its positive signature to the water you pour into it. The process begins immediately and within a minute your water becomes positive. Leaving water in your energy mug overnight can raise its energy level to 90,000 Bovis.
There is a direct correlation between the Bovis scale and the direction of spin at the atomic level. Atoms registering in the negative Bovis range spin to the right, or clockwise. Atoms in the positive range spin to the left, or counter-clockwise. Examples found in nature of right and left spin are cancer cells, which spin right, and your DNA, which spins left.
The PX Energy Mug literally changes the direction in which atoms spin in the water you pour in. It is not magic. It is a real, physical, measurable process. While you probably don't have the scientific equipment to measure energized water, your body will naturally take measure of it. Your energized water will clearly taste better, feel livelier, and smoother — it will be easier to drink. And perhaps for the first time ever, you will be drinking water that provides the energy essential for good health.
If you want to have a little fun with the PX Energy Mug, do a blind taste test with some friends using wine (it's not as subtle as water). Give them a taste of untreated wine to compare against some that has been energized, without letting them know which is which. They will invariably say the energized wine is smoother or mellower. You'll get the same sort of result no matter what goes into your mug.
Note: One of the most common questions regarding water is, "How much should I drink?" It's recommended that you drink one ounce of water for each two pounds of your body weight. So, if you weigh 120 pounds, you would drink 60 ounces of water per day (more if you were working out or sweating profusely for whatever reason). The PX Energy Mug is available from:

3. Making Your Water Wetter
I said above that we can actually improve on nature a bit. That's what we do in this third step, though the concept sounds almost profane. To make water "wetter" is to reduce its surface tension. With its surface tension reduced, the water molecules will bond in smaller-than-normal groups. These smaller groups of water are "wetter" — that is, they penetrate your cell walls more easily. In a word, this wetter water is more bioavailable. In our home, we accomplish this with a product called HydraCel. The manufacturer of HydraCel explains it like this:
HydraCel is the liquid form of the life-changing discovery known as NanoCluster Technology. NanoClusters reduce the surface tension of your drinking water. Tap water typically has a surface tension of 73 dynes. The water that surrounds our cells is approximately 45 dynes; therefore, the body has to work to lower the surface tension of our drinking water in order for nutrients to pass through cell walls. HydraCel expedites this process by lowering the surface tension of your drinking water to approximately 59 dynes, creating a more efficient solvent and wetting agent. It is the solvent nature of a liquid that enables it to perform its functions in the living system. The ability of water to wet foods determines its ability to assist in the assimilation of nutrients and elimination of toxins.
Increase Your Cellular Hydration. Experts estimate that 75 percent of Americans are chronically dehydrated. Even mild dehydration can slow your metabolism, cause fatigue, reduce short-term memory, and contribute to many health challenges. Drinking more water is important, but drinking the right water is even more important. By adding HydraCel to your drinking water, the tiny NanoCluster colloids will restructure your water, allowing it to hydrate the cells and perform its many vital functions more effectively. Staying hydrated is one of the most important steps you can take towards improving your health.

4. Mineralizing Your Water
Of the two classes of nutrients, vitamins and minerals, vitamins have been discussed and written about much more frequently and are thus more prominent in the public eye. But for no particularly good reason. In fact, deficiencies are more probably even more common than vitamin deficiencies, due to the long-term, widespread mismanagement of the nation's farmland. Minerals, as ions or electrolytes, provide the spark that triggers enzymatic reactions. Magnesium, as just one of countless possible examples, triggers the breakdown of glucose for conversion into energy within your cells. One reason given for the extraordinary health and longevity of the Hunzacuts is their highly mineralized water, so rich that it is cloudy rather than clear.
Mineralizing your water is accomplished by adding Catalyst Altered Water (CAW). CAW has been electrically altered by the addition of a micelle catalyst so that it no longer clumps together. A micelle is an extremely small, high-energy particle with a powerful negative magnetic field. When added to ordinary water, it causes a change in the structure of that water. The molecular structure is altered from the very stable tetrahedron structure into chains of water molecules attracted to the colloidal micelle by strong electrostatic bonds. The rigid tetrahedral structure of the water breaks apart so that the water flows much more easily in and out of cells -- readily carrying minerals and nutrients into the cells, and waste out.
A simple summary of the effect of CAW is that it's a more efficient form of water. When consumed regularly, CAW can help in the absorption and assimilation of all nutrients (not just minerals), increase enzyme activity, and strengthen the immune system. And in addition to all of those benefits, regular consumption of CAW offers increased elimination of toxins and wastes. It also works as an extraordinary free radical scavenger and helps reduce inflammation -- throughout the body.
Since the benefits of using catalyst altered trace minerals goes far beyond the minerals themselves, into the very ability of the concentrate to change the structure of all the water you drink, it is best to add them to all of the water or juice you consume during the day. The recommended consumptions is about a tablespoon per day. Fortunately, the concentrate actually improves the taste of water, giving it a slightly sweet, mineralized, mountain-stream kind of flavor. One ounce of concentrate will catalyze an entire gallon of water. CAW is available from:
